Refund Policy

We offer a ‘Free 14 Day Return Policy’ for UK customers.  Please note we do not currently offer this service for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland as well as international customers.

We will make every effort to describe all our products as correctly as possible. However, we understand occasionally not all items received are as you expected and therefore, we offer a ‘Free 14 Day Return Policy’.

Any returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Bespoke items i.e. items made specifically for you such as our stackers rings and other products

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we may need contact you during this process.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, in the case of custom or one-off items this may not always be possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it is your responsibility to get it back to us safely. Should we not receive an item back then no refund can be given.
